We love hosting birthday parties and offer several different options for celebrating with us.
The options below detail the prices, tickets and locations offered on Saturdays. Please be aware, if your party is booked for a date on our calendar that is noted as a special event option (i.e., Pumpkin Junction, Christmas, Easter, Mothers/Fathers Day, etc.), the pricing and/or quantity of included tickets will vary. We can discuss these variances once you identify the date/event you prefer.
Option 1
Stationary Party Car + Calera & Shelby Train
$300 (includes $100 deposit)
- Private Stationary train car for the day + up to 10 train tickets.
- 75-min train ride (10 AM or 1 PM)
- Party car seats up to 25 guests + lawn space
- Additional Passengers discounted to $10 per person

Option 2
Aboard The Caboose Celebration + Calera & Shelby Train
$200 (Includes $100 deposit)
- Enjoy a 75-minute train ride in an historic caboose (up to 6 guests)
- A gazebo on the grounds may be used to extend the party experience after the 10AM or 1PM departure

Option 3
Public Picnic Celebration + Calera & Shelby Train
Free picnic area access + regular-priced train tickets
- Celebrate on museum grounds surrounded by trains
- Picnic tables under pavilion or gift shop awning (first come, first served)
- Train tickets sold separately (Purchased in advance or at Will Call, if available)
